Improvements in grid generation

Better convergence in geometry optimizations. A few important bugs have been fixed related to the generation of the numerical integration grid for certain types of molecular geometries. As a result, certain geometry optimizations now converge smoothly in 10 iterations whereas no convergence was reached in ADF2003.
