Smoothing of gradients

Improved convergence in geometry optimizations and accuracy in frequency runs can be obtained with the smoothing subkeyword in the geometry block key. The idea is to reuse as much information as possible from the numerical integration from a previous geometry cycle such that the remaining error due to numerical integration is only systematic, and not random.
