Bug fix Z-matrix geometry optimization

An important bug that occurred in previous versions during geometry optimizations using internal (Z-matrix) coordinates has been fixed. This bug occurred when certain angles passed through 180 (or 0) degrees, leading to slow convergence, or no convergence at all. Some other less crucial bugs have been fixed in the calculations of the gradients.
