Automatic conversion of the binary KF files

Added automatic conversion for files with different byte order and/or integer size. Also added kfwrappers for writing KF files. In practice one can now copy for example the binary TAPE21 from one platform to another, without needing conversion steps using $ADFBIN/dmpkf and $ADFBIN/udmpkf.
