Now we are going to run the batch of ADF jobs which has been automatically prepared in the previous Step 3 of the tutorial Using ADFjobs, one can either run this set of jobs one by one, or all at once. (Note: in case you have not set up your ADF GUI interface to submit jobs interactively to a many-node cluster, using the former 'one by one' method might be faster.)
Select multiple jobs from the 'autojobs' directory (the set will be highlighted then)
Go to the 'Queue' menu and select your favorite queue
('Interactive' or 'Localhost' should be available by default):

The queue name will show up on the right side of the jobs lines in ADFjobs.
Keeping the jobs batch selected, select Job → Run (Alternatively, type 'Ctrl-R')
The jobs will start running, and the corresponding ADFtail windows will pop up. Each ammonia optimization job should not take more than a few minutes.
