Rotate the selection

We are now trying to make an eclipsed geometry.

Ctrl-Click with the left mouse button on one of the selected hydrogens,
and drag around to rotate the selection in-plane.

Rotate the hydrogen atoms in an almost eclipsed position.

You can move the selection by clicking on a selected object, and dragging with the mouse. All usual operations are possible: rotate, rotate in-plane, translate and zoom. Zoom in this case means moving the selection perpendicular to the screen.

In the status field you see the current rotation angle.

You have to click and start dragging on a selected item. If you click and drag in space you will move the entire molecule.
