Select calculations options

To set up the calculation of the excitation spectrum:

Adjust the title to something like 'Ethene excitations'
Select the 'Single Point' template

Select the 'Excitations, CD' panel on the right (use the pull down menu, or the Properties menu)
Select 'Singlet and Triplet' excitations in that panel
