By default the SFO MO coefficients and SFO overlap matrix are no longer printed on standard output.
Changed the way scratch files are handled. The master will create its logfile and TAPE13 files in the CWD (current working directory) but place all other files in its scratch directory. For all tasks: if SCM_TMPDIR is not defined at all then the scratch sub-directories will be created in CWD.
