Step 1: DFTB: Pre-optimize and Charges

Start ADFinput
Make benzene
Select the DFTB panel
Press 'Run' in the DFTB panel to optimize benzene
Use the popup menu in empty space to show the DFTB charges
   (Space Popup → Atom Info → DFTB Charges)
