Forces and numerical frequencies are now available for self-consistent calculations with hybrid and meta-GGA xc functionals. This can be used to study potential energy surfaces (geometry optimization, TS, IRC, LT, numerical frequencies). Note that hybrid functionals are much slower than GGA's, so we do not recommend them for default usage.
