ADF-GUI: run DFTB, MM, MOPAC, OpenBabel

ADF can also be used to set up and run DFTB, MM, or MOPAC2009 jobs. MOPAC needs to be installed separately. OpenBabel is included in the distribution to guess bounds, perform UFF pre-optimizations, and for some other tasks.
