Grimme-D3-BJ (ADF and BAND) and dDsC (only ADF) are MM dispersion corrections.
ADF and BAND: HTBS is a GGA, revTPSS is a metaGGA.
BAND only: LDA+U and GGA+U are intended to solve the band-gap problem of traditional DFT, by using, in its simplest form, an extra parameter U.
BAND only: TB-mBJ is a model potential, which also tries to solve this band-gap problem.
