The release notes specify in detail what has been changed since the 2005.01 release.
The Main Download File contains all binaries (ADF, BAND, ADF-GUI modules, GENNBO, property programs, utility programs), documented examples for ADF and BAND, and the basis sets and force field files. Your license file will determine which of these you can actually use.
