The release notes specify in detail what has been changed since the previous release.
The Main Download File contains all binaries (ADF, BAND, COSMO-RS, ADF-GUI, and BAND-GUI modules, GENNBO, property programs, utility programs), documented examples for ADF and BAND, and the basis sets and force field files. Your license file will determine which of these you can actually use.
HP-MPI has recently been acquired from HP by Platform Computing and has subsequently been rebranded as Platform MPI 7.
Platform MPI 7 (formerly HP-MPI) remains the main MPI implementation for ADF. Using Platform MPI 7 with ADF does not involve any additional fees and does not require you to install anything extra because it is distributed with ADF. The use of Platform MPI 7 is governed by our standard End User License Agreement (EULA)
Windows users please read additional information about using ADF2008 here
For more information about Platform MPI 7, including User's Guide please visit the MPI page at Platform Computing.
The terms and conditions of the SCM End User License Agreement apply to the use of ADF.
