A bit further up in the output-file, you should see the following:

  The Blocklength has become less than 10: the calculation may run very
inefficiently.
  This can be solved by using a larger workspace (input-key
MAXMEMORYUSAGE)
  or by explicitly allowing small blocks (ALLOW SMALLBLOCKS)

Notice that I have also obtained this message recently.. 'cause the
MAXMEMORYUSAGE was
set too low (in my case at 80MB). Depending on the amount of physical
memory you have,
and the system on which you run the job, increase this parameter
(either on input or in the
settings file; in the latter case you need to recompile).
