Dear ADF-user,

Using fragments larger than one atom, I sometimes get the following error:

MAPPING FAILED (MDIM=1)

In the manual, I found that you can supply a tolerance parameter with the
symmetry keyword and that this "tolerance applies to check the mapping of
fragments on attached fragment files with the actual fragments ." But even
with very high tolerance values, the problem isn't solved.

Does anyone have an idea of what could be the cause of this error? I'll be
grateful for any comment!
