This is part of the integration points code. Possible solutions:
- decrease MAXMEMORYUSAGE (less static memory allocated, therefore more
available for dynamic allocation)
- decrease ACCINT (integration accuracy)
- increase number of nodes in parallel run
- use machine with more internal memory

Depending on your system, other solutions might also be available.
