Dear Dr. Yuming Sun,
As discussed with you off-line, this error is almost certainly due to
the fact that
you used the RH9 executables instead of the RH7 executables.
We've updated the download page to clarify which version should
be used for RH 8 and similar operating systems.
A related note:
We expect our PC Linux executables to be suitable for ANY recent Linux
distribution,
including RedHat Enterprise editions (use the RH 9 tar-file) and
non-RedHat
distributions such as Suse, Mandrake, etc. For recent non-RedHat
distributions
the RH 9 version should be the suitable one.
Any problem reports with ADF2004 on Linux clusters of various kinds can
be sent
to support_at_scm.com as usual.
