Hello all,
I'd like to tell you there's a new alternative to Molekel when it comes
to reading tape41 ascii files. It's called Chemcraft and it only works
on Windows machines.
I've been corresponding with the author and programmer, Grigory Zhurko,
and helped in every way I could, to make Chemcraft read adf tape41
files. The program was originally intended to support GAMESS and
Gaussian but it's now planned to extend support to other programs.
I've tested the program and it can read isosurface data from MOs,
localised MOs and kinetic energy data from tape41 text files. But it's
even better to test the program through a wider audience. The program is
also an efficient builder and structural analyser.
The website is www.chemcraftprog.com
