  I am the developer of ChemCraft, a Windows program which was initially designed for visualization of GAMESS and Gaussian log files. Recently we have implemented support of ADF output files by ChemCraft. You may download our program at www.chemcraftprog.com (it is freeware at the moment). Unfortunately I haven't used ADF yet and can't comprehensively test visualization of its files, so I'd be glad to receive your bug reports and useful suggestions.
