Christmas break from Dec. 23rd to Jan. 2nd
Because the VU University closes down for the Christmas period, the SCM staff cannot be reached between Friday 23 December 2011 and Sunday 1 January 2012. We can also not prepare license files for you after Thursday 22 December 2011. We are back in the office on Monday January 2nd, 2012.
We cannot guarantee to process purchase orders still in 2011 if they arrive on or after 21 December.
If you urgently need a temporary license file for ADF, you can download it with your username and password.
In case of emergencies, we might still be reachable now and then at “info at scm.com” or “support at scm.com”.
