Multiscale Modelling of Transition Metal Carbides
This week SCM is hosting Hector Prats from Stamatakis Research Group at University College London!
He is involved in the ReaxPro project and is visiting us to learn and explore all the tools included in our last release, AMS2023.
On Monday, Hector presented his research on the multiscale modelling of metal clusters supported on transition metal carbides. His goal is to identify promising catalysts for the conversion of CO2 and CH4 to more valuable compounds using DFT and kinetic modelling techniques.
Check out his latest work here.
Thanks for the visit Hector!
