Travis binaries

The ADF Modeling Suite development snapshots now ship with binaries for TRAVIS – Trajectory Analyzer and Visualizer from the Kirchner group. This free MD tool is open-source under the GPL3 license, and the binaries we compiled can be downloaded here.
If you have used it for your publication, please cite TRAVIS.

Technical details

Travis was compiled on Linux (CentOS 6, gcc 4.4.7) and MacOS (OSX 10.9, LLVM 5.1) by just typing Make with the default Makefile supplied with the source code. The Windows binary was created using a command-line project in Visual Studio 2010, and required a few small changes to the source code to compile properly. These changes are included in the Windows download above.
