Christmas break: 22 December to 2 January 2015

During the Christmas break from 22 December to 2 January, only urgent requests regarding licenses, price quotes and purchase orders can be dealt with via email. Technical support will be picked up again in 2015.

The SCM offices will be closed from 22 December until 2 January 2015. Consequently, most of the SCM staff will be away from mail. In urgent cases, SCM can still deal with purchase orders, license problems, trial requests, price quotes, and general inquiries via e-mail during the Christmas closure.

However, our technical support team will not be available during the break, and your support queries will be dealt with again from 2015.
