The SCM offices will be closed from 24 December until 3 January 2016. Consequently, most of the SCM staff will be away from mail. In urgent cases, SCM can still deal with purchase orders, license problems, trial requests, price quotes, and general inquiries via e-mail during the Christmas closure.
However, our technical support team will not be available during the break, and your support queries will be dealt with again in early 2016.
